Guest Services Associate
If you love to shop and enjoy providing shopping advice and information to others, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!  Bridgeport Village has an immediate opening for a part-time/full-time Guest Services Associate.  The position offers a consistent schedule of 21 hours per week, with hours increasing during the summer months.  The successful applicant must be available Friday and Saturday 6pm-9pm, Sunday 11am-6pm and Monday 11-8pm. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing directions for guests regarding the location of specific stores and services and/or suggesting stores, restaurants and services.  This requires familiarity with store locations and selection.
  • Staying informed to be able to answer questions regarding center events. directions, lost and found, parking and hours. 
  • Selling gift cards
  • Responsibly handling and balancing cash
  • Assisting guests with the Loyalty Rewards program
  • Assisting Marketing Department with a variety of projects.

The successful applicant will have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, have prior customer service experience, a professional appearance and telephone personality.  Working from a kiosk in the beautiful outdoor setting of  center court at Bridgeport Village,  you’ll be at the center of the action and must be able to multi-task with distractions.
