Inspired by Osaka, Japan, and established in Portland, Tanaka brings Japanese comfort food and artisanal baking to the Pacific Northwest. This new space will be open all day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner menus featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a selection of beer and wines and sakes.
