We're kicking off the new year with two indulgent, entirely vegan debuts: the Vegandulgence Series and a brand-new Black Forest Ice Cream Cake that’s both vegan and gluten-free.
One fifth of all flavors on Salt & Straw’s menu is always vegan, and every January the brand goes even bigger and bolder, celebrating accessibility and inclusivity with a full month dedicated to decadent dairy-free treats. This year’s rich, decadent flavors include:

- Bananas Foster with Candied Pecans (v)
- Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge (v)

To add to the deliciousness, we’re launching our very first vegan and gluten-free cake. Inspired by the classic Black Forest, this decadent dessert layers rich chocolate flavor with bright cherry notes for a take that feels both nostalgic and entirely new and proves being crafted without dairy or gluten can be truly crave-worthy.

Shake Shack is making health-forward choices easier – and more delicious – with the debut of its new Good Fit Menu, now available at Shacks nationwide for a limited time.
Built from Shake Shack’s core menu, the Good Fit Menu features a curated lineup of feel-good options and easy modifications, like the Chicken Shack Lettuce Wrap and Gluten-Free Double ShackBurger, designed to fit a wide range of dietary goals and lifestyles – without sacrificing the flavor and quality Shake Shack is known for. Guests can build meals that align with high-protein (up to 52g!), vegetarian, gluten-free and GLP-1-friendly preferences, all in one place. See below for the full lineup.

Now Available for a Limited Time
Shake Shack is leveling up a fan favorite as the Korean-style menu returns for its third and biggest run yet - this time, with two brand-new culinary innovations.
Launching exclusively on the Shack App on January 6 and available in-Shack starting January 9, the limited-time lineup welcomes back bold, craveable Korean-inspired flavors to the menu. Building on the strong guest response in 2021 and 2024, the menu expands beyond returning favorites to introduce K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites, the first-ever saucy version of chicken bites, and the K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake, a sweet-heat shake that’s unlike anything Shake Shack has done before.
The menu has a special place in Shack history: it was inspired by the team’s earliest culinary trips to Seoul, where the culinary team fell in love with its vibrant fried chicken scene before opening their first South Korea Shack in 2016. When Shake Shack first brought a version of their Korean-inspired menu stateside, U.S. fans immediately asked for it to come back.

- Pomegranate Sweet Basil Lemonade: Pomegranate, basil, and lemongrass mixed with our Shack-made lemonade
- Mango Passionade: Mango and passion fruit puree mixed with our Shack-made lemonade.
- Strawberry Lemonade: Strawberry puree mixed with our Shack-made lemonade.

Winter Specials Menu
We're kicking off winter with a kick: our lightly-spicy Rigatoni Diavola is a devilishly good dish for the season, with fresh tomatoes slow-simmered with Calabrian chilies and roasted garlic, then paired with sliced prosciutto and topped with parmesan and fresh oregano.
